I understand that I am making a commitment and am financially obligated for the enrolled classes. I understand that tuition fees are non-refundable except in the case of serious illness. A Doctor's note is required as verification. I understand that the instructor has the right to terminate the student's enrollment at any time with just cause.

For private lessons, Web Foresters LLC requires payment for each session of 5 lessons per student. Tuition payment for each session is due 48 hours before the first lesson in that session. Web Foresters LLC is responsible for notifying you when a new session will begin, giving you adequate time to make the payment.

For pre-scheduled group lessons, Web Foresters LLC requires payment by the Friday before the first class after registration. Please see the tuition information for details of payment method, rates, and policies.

I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in all educational activities of Coding Classes. I understand that my child has a role to play as regards his or her safety and security. The student needs to show respect to instructors and peer classmates and to behave responsibly.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I choose to take all Zoom on-line (virtual) classes from Web Foresters LLC., either from my home, or other remote location at my own risk. I assume full responsibility for any injuries, or damages, which may occur to me while taking Zoom on-line class sessions remotely.

I do hereby fully and forever release and discharge Web Foresters LLC., its agents, employees, clients, all representatives, and other students from any and all claims, demands, or damages resulting from taking the on-line classes from Web Foresters LLC.

Photo/Video Release

In checking this, I agree/disagree to allow pictures/videos to be taken of my child at the classes and potentially to be used in future promotional material, including the websites, by Web Foresters, Inc, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
